My Bunny

Cole had an Easter Egg Hunt at school today. When I went to pick him up, I was surprised to see his face painted like a bunny! It cracked me up:)!!!

The Park with Peg

When my mom was in town we went to the park and had a picnic. Cole loves going to the park and could stay and play for hours if we would let him. He wasn't too interested in eating (as usual), so while mom and I ate lunch he ran around gathering sticks and looking for birds! Such a nature boy:)!

Finally finished with lunch! Dragging Peg to the playground:)...

For some reason he won't go down the slide on his bottom. He always turns around and goes feet first on his belly. Oh well, it works;).....

Red High Tops

Cole's Bud and Peg picked him up some new shoes at a garage sale in Hot Springs last weekend. For those you you that know my dad, you know he is obsessed with garage sales! Every weekend it's a mission to see what treasures he can come home with! I have to say that these are one of his better finds;)! They paid a whole $3 for them! As you can see from the pictures, Cole was feeling pretty good in his new kicks! Thanks Bud and Peg!!!

(side note- Cole woke up this particular morning with a HORRIBLE rash. You can sort of see it in the pictures. We took him to the doctor and he said it was something viral? He got some meds and is all cleared up now:)

Storytime Live!

Wednesday night we went to the Walton Arts Center to see Storytime Live. It was so much fun! They featured The Backyardigans, Ni Hao Kai-Lan, Wonder Pets, and Dora the Explorer. Originally Patrick and I were going to take Cole, but my mom decided last minute to come up for a couple of days, so she got to go with us. She doesn't get to do fun stuff like that with Cole very often since she lives 4 1/2 hours away, so we were very excited she got to come!

New Toy?

I ordered Cole his very own suitcase for our beach trip this summer. It was delivered last week and I couldn't wait to open it. Cole was a little confused about what exactly it was. It has wheels and a handle, so I think we'll call it a toy! Patrick wheeled him around our house forever that night! He had a blast:)!!!

WE FOUND FROG!!!

I couldn't find Frog tonight, so I quickly jumped in the car and back tracked our evening walk around the neighborhood. I had almost made my way back home when I spotted him in the middle of the road:(! As I was driving around, I was thinking to myself, "What will I do if I don't find him? Would it be weird to put up posters around the neighborhood?" I am not even kidding!!! I think it would be harder on me (and Patrick!) if we ever lost Frog than it would on Cole! Thank goodness we found him! We will all sleep a little better tonight:)!!!

Throwing Hickory Nuts

Cole entertained himself for hours throwing hickory nuts into the lake. It was a beautiful day outside, so we strapped his life jacket on him and let him go to town:)!

Bud with 2 of his favorite boys! We missed Ryan that weekend. He was sick and had to stay home:(!
