Last Day in Toddler A

Today was Cole's last day in Toddler A. He will start Toddler B next week, and go from being the big boy in class, back to being the baby! As the letter we got from the school stated, he is ready to move to the next "level of learning"! It makes me sad because he has FINALLY gotten to where he likes school! Not that he hasn't always liked it, drop offs just weren't very fun:(! Now when we pull up to school in the morning, he starts clapping! I hope he still claps next week!!!

Sorry for the poor quality of this picture. Patrick took it with his phone when he dropped him off this morning. Cole had obviously just woken up;).....

The Perfect Pumpkin

We haven't made it to a pumpkin patch yet this year, but I needed some pumpkins to decorate our front porch, so we stopped at a little place right up the road from our house to pick up a few. I let Cole pick out all of them. He especially loved the ones that were the size of little basketballs. You can tell from the picture below that he definitely had a favorite! He wouldn't let go of this particular one:)!

I can't wait to take him to a real pumpkin patch! He is going to LOVE it:)!!!

Race for the Cure

Last weekend we went to Little Rock for our 5th annual Race for the Cure! I can't believe we have been doing the race, together as a family, for 5 years! We started the first year my mom got diagnosed with breast cancer, and we have been every year since. Such a special time for us!

Mom and her girls getting ready to take off.....

Mom with her sisters, cousin, and friends.....

We tried to get Cole in this pic. My aunt Karen was bribing him with Mentos.....

And we're off.....

My dad always stands on the side with his "I'm with PEG" sign! He stands in the same spots every year. They move a couple of times so they can cheer us on more than once!
Sorry for the poor quality of this picture, and the randoms included, but I thought it was sweet of mom running up to give dad a hug:).....

Dad made signs for Patrick, Brady, and Ryan that said "Me Too"!

Mom with her cheering section (Dad, Patrick, Brady, Ryan, and my Uncle Steven).....

Every year I get a picture of mom on the bridge. She is deathly afraid of heights, so this is no easy job;).....

Firemen doing some sort of a strip tease!.....

Uncle Steven at their second cheering station.....

Cole got in this group pic:)!

Ummmmm......these are the belly dancers, enough said!

and don't forget the yoga men. The flamingo on the instructors head is a new addition this year;).....

Mom and Twila....

YAY!!! Mom crossing the finish line for the 5th year:).....

Cole had enough by this point.....

Finally, FREE from his stroller! He was such a trooper.....

Cole with his Bud & Peg.....

We stopped at Cracker Barrel in Conway on our way home. Nothing like a big ole breakfast after walking 5K! Ha, ha!!!
We can't wait for the NWA Race for the Cure in April, and the Little Rock race next October!
We love you Peg:)!!!!!

Last Barge Ride

We took our last barge ride of the season this weekend. It was a little chilly, but we bundled up and braved it!

These two are inseparable. Cole thinks everything Brady does is SO cool....

Yao Ming

Our friends that lived in China when Cole was born sent us these pajamas! He has just now grown into them, and he loves them!

One of his favorite new things to do is play basketball, so when he was playing basketball the other night, in these pj's, I couldn't help but think of Yao Ming!
