Cole had a tonsillectomy last week. He was SUCH a big boy!!! I dreaded the surgery for months beforehand:(! It was definitely harder on Patrick and me than it was on Cole! He bounced back like none other, and was literally RUNNING the hospital halls the night of his surgery. We had to spend the night, since he is under 3 years old, they like to watch their airways for 24 hours. The most challenging part was taking him to the bathroom, what seemed like every 30 minutes! Try taking a 2 year old to the bathroom while he is hooked up to an IV on one side, and a pulse/ox machine and BP cuff on the other;)!!!
Pre-op with mommy.....

Being rolled back:(....

Riding in the elevator.....

Obviously, clueless! Poor baby:(.....

Getting settled in our room, post-op.....

We had a view of a pond with tons of geese! I thought this would be a good thing for him to look at, but it ended up just frustrating him because he couldn't get closer to them! He kept saying, "Cole's too high!".....

Running the halls! Patrick could hardly keep up;)....

Playing with the cool wall in the waiting room. It lights up in all different colors when you touch it.....

Daddy got us Krispy Kreme donuts for breakfast the next morning:).....

Off of the IV and waiting to get discharged.....

AND WE'RE OUT OF HERE:).....
