Our Body

On the way home from Hot Springs after Christmas break, we decided to stop by the "Our Body" exhibit at Mid America Museum. I had heard about the exhibit, and was a little freaked out by the thought of viewing REAL dead bodies, but my curiosity got the best of me! My mom, Twila, Hunt, Cole and I went to see what the hype was all about. I think we actually had more fun going through the rest of the museum, rather than the body exhibit, but at least we can say we went! Some parts of it were a little freaky, but for the most part, they didn't even look real at all.

Here are some pictures of Cole swinging in the big boy swing at my parents lake house! Of course, we all know he LOVES to swing (YES, he still occasionally swings in his baby swing!), but he has never been in a swing like this. He thought it was the best thing ever! He was giggling so loud! I actually have a video of it, but I can't seem to get it to load on my computer:(. Once I get it figured out I will post it...

Grammy Lovin

We went to Little Rock to visit Grammy on the Friday after Christmas. She was so excited to see us that she got up at 1:30am the night before!!! Actually, she was confused and thought it was 1:30pm!!! Needless to say, she went back to bed, FULLY DRESSED, and caught a few more z's before we arrived! Gotta love her:)!!!

Christmas Morning

Here are some pictures from Christmas morning. I guess Cole was so excited about Santa coming that he couldn't sleep, so we were up at 5:30am!!!

Christmas Eve

Here are some pictures of Christmas Eve in Hope.

The boys with Aunt Melissa, bundled up and watching fireworks. We shoot off fireworks every Christmas Eve, so that Santa and his reindeer can find our house. After talking with several of my friends, I discovered that we are probably the only people that do this. I always thought the firework stands were up for Christmas, but evidently, they are up for New Year's Eve! I guess we just get a head start! I'm sure it is illegal! Oops:)!

Santa made a surprise appearance this year! Who knew:)????? Here is a pic of Cole and BJ (my aunt Melissa's new puppy, YES he is named after my dad...hilarious!!!).

Santa came to our house on Christmas Eve EVE since we were heading to Hope on Christmas Eve morning. Here is a pic of our Christmas tree with a few of Cole's presents from Santa underneath. He got a Radio Flyer Pony, a shopping cart (it was either that, or a baby stroller, so I opted for the shopping cart! Ha,ha!), and a ball popper.
