Cole has started T-Ball!!! We are so excited:)!!! He had to be 4 by April 15th (he turns 4 on April 10th), so he barely made the cutoff. He is the youngest on the team by 4.5 months, but I think he is going to be able to hold his own.
*Do you remember this video from 2 years ago? It was taken a couple of days after his 2nd Birthday (he was doing this before he turned 2, but I never got it on video, dangit
!).
On Super Bowl Sunday our friends, the Fletcher’s, were in the Bahamas and came across former #1 NFL draft pick, Jake Long, and Miami Dolphin quarterback, Chad Henne. Being the great friends and Miller supporters that they are, they didn’t hesitate to ask them to autograph their Miller hat:)! Here is a picture of Jake Long wearing the hat…..

“This is from the librarian at school. I showed her the pictures of
Brady's book and she teared up. She went and looked up which book he
had checked out and sent this to me. The summary of the book is
amazing! Pretty fitting for our little angel!!!”:
Mr. Putter and Tabby See the Stars-
Mr. Putter is usually an excellent sleeper. In fact he can usually
sleep just about anywhere. But tonight he went over to Mrs. Teaberry’s
house and he ate far too many pineapple jelly rolls. Now his tummy is full
of grumbles and he cannot sleep. So Mr. Putter decides to go for a walk
with Tabby for company. It is a lovely night for a walk. Above them there
is a clear sky which is full of stars and Mr. Putter tells Tabby all about
the stars and his boyhood dreams. Together the two friends tour the
neighborhood and then they find Mrs. Teaberry sitting on her lawn.
Apparently her dog Zeke ate too many jelly rolls and he has a grumbling
tummy which won’t let him sleep. Doesn’t that sound familiar? So the four
friends sit together, talking, and looking at the night sky until the
unhappy tummies are ready for bed. In this delightful Mr. Putter and Tabby
story Cynthia Rylant captures the comfort that can be found in sharing
simple pleasures with those whom you love. Even a walk on a starry night
becomes special when you are with the right person. An easy to follow
storyline with wonderfully expressive illustrations makes this a perfect
book for beginning readers.

Matt Turner featured The Miller McNeil Woodruff Foundation in his “Doing Good” segment. He did a great job! We are thankful that Matt and the team at KNWA took an interest in Miller’s story and appreciate them helping us raise awareness for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

We got invited again to be “honorary neighbors” at the Warren Glenn Couples Bunco night. It was such a fun time! Patrick and I went home WINNERS again!!! Well, actually Patrick won, but his $ is my $…..right;)?
Cole and I are models……What??? You don’t see us as models? Hahaha!!! ME EITHER!!! We got suckered into modeling for Bella Jack’s/Chic at the NWAFW Kid’s Day. We were honored to be asked, but modeling is definitely not my forte;). However, I am forever indebted to Paige for all she has done for us with Miller’s foundation, so I certainly couldn’t tell her no. I dreaded it, but it really did end up being a lot of fun! Paige and Christina did a fabulous job putting together their show, and all of the models were very cooperative and well behaved. Liza & McCoy and Amber & Cy all modeled too, so that made it fun. AND we got ice cream from an ice cream truck on the square afterwards. All in all, a good day:)…..
